What Do Small Bumps On Vaginal Lips Indicate?

hi im 16 years old and i had a question about a genital disorder...ive been noticing small pimple like bumps on the lips of my vigina. Im kind of scared it might be a disease but im still a virgin and have never had any sexual contact with anyone. can you please tell me what they are?
