Background: 33 year old female with heavy bleeding during cycles (soaking through a pad every 2 hours) and painful (more than normal cramping. the cramping makes me vomit when bad) Question: Had an ultrasound done. Can someone please explain these results? Anteverted uturus seen. Small cystic lesions identified suggesting superficial Nabothian cysts. Endometrial thickness measures 12mm. Bilateral ovaries have a slight polycystic apperance (rt and lt ovary premonopausal polycystic) A small amount of free flui seen adjacent to right ovary
