What Do Small Red Blotches On Forehead With Pressure In Head Mean?

i get small red blotchs on my face and forhead at the same time I feel like there is pressure building in my head as if you were being choke. They dont hurt but look very bad. it almost looks like chicken pox when they first start. The pressure build is what concerns me the most. what could it possibly be?
