What Do Small Red Spots On Chest Of A Child Suggest?

My 8 year old child had a small red spot on her chest now it looks like a blood blister no other symptoms any idea? Should I worry? She is very very fair and is not in the sun. did not realize this cost money I have very little sorry for the trouble
