What Do Small Scars On Fingertips With Inflammation And Tingling Mean?

I have been suffering with this problem for just over 2 years now. In summary I have what looks like lots of small scars on my fingerpulps,withinh the figerprint area. They are almost like very small areas of inflamation, that look lighter in colour than the rest of the fingertip. This is on all fingers on both hands apart from my thumbs. I occasionally get a tingling in these areas. Im a 25 yr old male. I first noticed this when i was going through an immence period of stress waiting for STD results. I do have quite slender hands & they are sensitive to cold temperatures. But these marks/scars appear to be there all year round. Please help.
