What Do Small Tumors On Kidney Indicate?

My mother has been in the hospital since Sunday. Had sudden severe pain over the right kidney area. Crying and vomiting from pain. Her liver enzymes are 700, mild pancreatitis, but they can t find any reasons or specific issues.. they are planning on sending her home tomorrow. They have run CTs (one with one without contrast), mri (checking discs), cysto, checked her pancreas to see in bile duct was blocked (had gallbladder removed in November 2014).. I m an RN and desperate for her to find answers. Hoping for a fresh pair of eyes to possibly have an idea they haven t thought of. Last 2 years she has been having urinary issues (pain, recurrent uti, the feeling something is going to push out,) but the urinary tract shows to be normal Except for tiny tumors on kidneys they said. She s 52 with no daily health issues except the mysterious urinary issues. Strong history of family cancer and she has personal history of tumors /cysts (had to have t pastoral hysterectomies from it.all benign)..
