What Do Small Yellow Bumps On Vagina Indicate?

Hi, I have 6 very tiny flat white/yellowish shores on my now swollen inner labia. I had unpretected sex with my boyfriend about 7 days ago and also I just finished my period. I was wondering if these could be an infection from a fingernail scratch or if its something worse. Also in the past way before I started having sex I would get something like a bump or pimple in my labia and after a few days and warm bath they would go away.
