What Do Sore To Touch, Tender Ribs At The Right Side Suggest?

Ribs are sore to the touch on the right hand side down to the very bottom of the river when I touch them they are very tender and sore can go for a while you don t feel nothing sleeping fine I didn t know that doesn t seem to have an doesn t seem to have any pain urinating no bowel movement pain in that area just gonna happen to pick up my shoulder on that side and move it its just like its like really sore and like somethings pulled and very tender with pain just wondering what to do about it
