What Do Spasms In Body Of An Infant Despite Having Vigabatrin Indicate?

My son is 7 months ,he has TS two month ago ,what shall I do to control his patient ?he takes vigabatrin pill , 1250 mg per day (500 mg morning ,500 mg evening and 250 mg night )but still he has spams .one time in a day , I live in Kurdistan /Iraq .i need your advice ,the attach is my son . please help me
