What Do Spreading White Spots On Foreskin Suggest?

I have observed white spots (which seem to be spreading in size) on my fore skin. on the fore skin but it is on the under side of the for skin. they are visible only when i retract the skin. i did not find any major itching sensation there and no pain also. What do i do?
