Hi may exray result,,there are suspicious densities in the left apex partially abscured by overlying osseous sturtures no focal consolidation is identified,, Normal lung vascularity Hemidiaphragms are well defined sulci and sharp intact bony thorax with degenerative change Suspicious densities is left apex for which a follow up apocolordotic view my be of help if clinically indicated
