What Do The Abbreviations LT, CL, And RL Mean In My Liver Ultrasound Report If I M Being Monitored For Liver Enlargement?

Today I got a liver ultrasound and the report mentions the following measurements. LT 172 cubic cm, CL 24cubic cm and RL 14,6 cm. It is really confusing since I do not understand witch is the liver size. Is it 14.6? I really cannot tell why the measure Lt and Cl on cubic meters and what Lt, cl and rl mean.. any ideas? The reason of the ultrasound was a follow up for an enlarged live of 17 cm
