What Do The Blood Clots Usually Look Like After Wisdom

What do the blood clots usually look like after wisdom tooth removal? I got mine out 6 days ago, and it has not bled or anything, but i got a piece of omelet stuck in the hole, so i got it out and it's bleeding. I'm not sure if I accidentally took out the blood clot or not because it was bloody? Now there is just a hole like there was before, so did I just remove my clot?
