Please explain, I received these results from an ECHO: Mildly dilated aortic root 4.0 cm other chamber sizes normal No regional wall motion abnormalities No regional wall motion abnormalities preserved ejection fraction 65 to 70% Normal right ventricular size and function Structurally normal aortic valve Trace mitral regurgitation Trace tricuspid regurgitation estimated pulmonary systolic pressure 30 mmHg Normal pericardium Thank you.
