What Do The Following Results From Cardio Stress Test Indicate?

I am 63 years old. 143 pounds. I have a good diet mainly vegetables, and no gluten grains I eat more fish than meat. If i eat meat it is chicken once in a while. I do not eat eggs. Never eat fry food at home or in restaurant and almost never go to fast food. Never eat red meat and do not eat or drink dairy products. I use a bit of almond milk in my tea. II do not drink coffee and do not smoke or drink. I just had a cardio stress test last week showing 1 coronary artery clogged 50 to 60 %. My HDL has always been high. So is my LDL. Last blood test showed HDL 92, and LDL 144. My doctor wants me to take lipidor which i started last week. I am very concerned by side effects of that drug. So far none though. Should i consult with a cardiologist asap? is lipidor cleans up arteries? what are my risks for heart attacknor stroke?
