What Do The X-ray Findings Of Nonobstructive Bowel Gas, Scattered Fecal Material, And Surgical Clips Indicate While Having Constipation, Belly Pain, And Nausea?
I went to see my primary today. I have NO BOWEL SOUNDS! I m having issues with constipation, belly pain abdominal distention, and nausea. I got an x-ray to see if I have a bowel obstruction. So here is my x-ray findings: FINDINGS: Surgical clips are present in the right upper quadrant consistent with prior cholecystectomy. There is a nonobstructive bowel gas pattern. Fecal material is demonstrated scattered in nondilated colon. The kidneys are partially obscured by overlying bowel gas and fecal material. No definitive radiopaque renal calculi are visible. What does this mean?
