What Do These Below Reports Indicate?

15 year old has unilateral renal a genesis, unicornuate uterus, bio hid uvula. Recently developed acute upper right side pain which radiates to the back. Hospital tests showed normal renal function, normal abdominal US and normal abdominal CT scan. Also, labs showed no inflammatory markers. Could bier , gallbladder or ureter be the culprit. Thanks.
