i am 48 years old continues bleeding for last 30 days.ultra sonogram report: Uterus:A small intra-mural fibroidis seen in the right lateral wall of the body,measuring 20mms in diameter. Endometrium:measures 21mms,thickened and mildly hyperechoic no fluid collection is noted. Impression:Abdomen and pelvis. Antiverted uterus with a small intra- mural fibroid in the right lateral wall of the body and thickened & mildly hyperechoic endometrium- ?hyperplasia / ?polyp. No overian lesion or adnexal mass is seen.Rest of the abdominal organs appear normal.Correlate clinically. Dr pl define what does it mean.What is the oroper treatment and follow-up?..... meera
