What Do This CT Scan Result Of Sinus Indicate?

just had CT done of sinuses. results: almost complete opacification of right ethmoid air cells is noted, both posterior and anterior. bony erosions are present. the opacification surrounds the right middle turbinate. there is mild mucosal thickening in several of the left ethmoid air cells...should I be concerned
