What Do This CT Scan Result Post Gall Bladder Removal Indicate?

yes I just received my reports for my ct scan. I have chronic flank pain in my gallbladder area ever since it was removed. my ct scan 2 years ago and now both show inflammation in the small intestine and now im reading fluid-filled loops in small intestine? along with compatible with infectious enteritis ? I don t know what any of this means. can you help? All the doctors I tell my medical history too say in shock that I am young. to have polyps removed and gallbladder removed. I am 23 my age at these procedures never alarmed me.
