What Do This LFT Scanning For Hepatitis Indicate?

Hi Doctor,

I am 25 and diagnosed with Hepatitis, and I did LFT, Scanning.
Viral load count is 57.
In LFT all levels are normal but my globulin count is 0.5.
In scanning my left side liver has little fatty.
Doctor suggested me to take Udimarin forte for 6 months.
Now I am getting stomach pain right side.
Please advise me
