What Do This MRI Test Result Of Shoulder Indicate?

When looking at an MRI of the shoulder to rule out a rotator cuff, what would be indicative of a tear vs. a normal and healthy shoulder? The views I have in the eRAD PACS CD/DVD viewer are: Axial PD FSE FatSat, Cor T2 FSE, Cor FIR, Sag T1 FSE, and Sag FIR.
