What Do This Creatinine,bilirubin And INR Level Indicate?

Hello,My Uncle is suffering from Cirrohsis since few years. He has Bilirubin level 3.4, creatinine level 0.7 and INR 1.77. The doctor is suggesting to think of Liver transplant, but I am wondering if it s really necessary. Was wondering if he could be on medication for the rest of his live and control the liver disease. Could you please advice if these levels are really bad enough to go for live transplant or can he be on medication for the rest of his life ?Many thanks.
