What Do This Ejection Fraction Level Indicate?

How long may my 78 yr old father live with just one main front artery that is 100percent open do to a by pass back in 06. He takes meds on time never misses a dose and he has a difibrillator he walks without being out of breath he is totally normal but his ejection fraction is 41 percent.
