What Do This Follicle Size Post Menstrual Cycle Indicate?

Hi doc this is doc sunita,I am 32 yrs n hv pcod with prolactin 30.0 and normal thyroid,I tried last cycle with enclomi 50 on day 5 to 9 n estogen bd for 5 days n then hcg on day 18, on day 20 end thick 12.3 and follicle ruptured...but cud not conceive.Now for next cycle my gynae is advising D3 myoplus od n inj humoj 150iu for 4days on day 9th with folicle size 10mm n8.8 mm what do u suggest
