What Do This Lab Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

I am 45 years old and pregnant (24 weeks) and my C-Reactive Protein is H5.8 and my ESR is H32 1st hour and 64 2nd hour. My Total Leucocytic count is H13.1 and Neutrophils 79.3% 10.39 on the loab report it says mild PMN Leucocytosis. Relative Lymphopenia,I have had Ulcerative Colitis since the age of 19 that is usually in remission.Please can you tell me if my lab results are normal for pregnancy, what other tests if any that I should request and what could be causing my lab results.
