What Do This Preliminary And Multispot Test For HIV Indicate?

Hello, I m 26 13 weeks pregnant and inhale been with my husband for 6 years with no other partners. I am a nurse and I have taken care of noncompliant HIV and AIDS positive patients but have never had an exposure. I was called into my OBGYN today because my preliminary HIV antibody test was positive. It was followed by a multi spot which was negative for HIV 1 & 2. I had repeat labs sent today for a HIV PCR rna and I should get the results in a few days. I m wondering how accurate the multi spot test is and if I should be concerned. My Doctor didn t seem to know much because they just switched from previously only using the western blot. I should also mention autoimmune diseases such as Graves disease runs on my maternal side, I have also ad tick bits in the past
