What Do This Result From Blood Test Indicate?

I had bloodwork done and results showed granulocyte 79, wbc 10.2, RBC 5.18, absolute gran 8.1, hemoglobin 14.9. I had this drawn due to dull ache under left rib that radiates into back. My doctor thought it may be gallstones. Should I be concerned with blood results?
