What Do This Result Of CBC Test For Leukopenia Indicate?

I had a CBC done and was diagnosed with leukopenia and told to come back in a week for a recheck. I think something else is going on. Below is my CBC results.Hematocrit 35.2% Hemaglobin 11.4 Lymphocyte automated 55% MCH 24.2pg MCHC 32.4 MCV 74.6 Monocyte automated 17.4 Neutrophil automated 25.6% RBC 4.72,RDW 15.7 WBC 1.5 Monocyte manual 16%,Urine Urobilinogen 4.0.The rest of the numbers fall in normal range. I was tested for Mono, HIV, and the flu and all were negative. I have no infections and I was not on any meds at the time of the blood test.
