What Do This Result Of MRI Indicate?

I had an injury to my knee in Sept. Of 2014 and had an MRI done and was told I have a torn meniscus and oeateoarthritis in knee as well so am not a candidate for orthoscopic surgery. I can still not weight bear without pain what are your suggestions? I am getting frustrated with not being able to walk the way I should be able to. I have tried physio,had a cortisone shot which didn t really help
