What Do This Result Of MRI Of Brain Indicate?

My son (9yrs old) was found to have a scar on the left frontal lobe of his brain on MRI. The cause is unknown, we were told that it could be an in-utero stroke. They now suspect that he is having frontal lobe seizures, right now he zones out, gets confused, woozy, lightheaded, but doesn t lose consciousness. They do happen a lot at night/during sleep. He has had 2 negative EEGs but he was not symptomatic at the time. Will he outgrow these? Will he eventually have grand mals or Will they remain mild/simple like they are now? Is this fainting epilepsy?Thank you!
