What Do This Test Result For Abdominal Pain Indicate?

I just had a cat scan for bottom abdominal pain. My results came back that my cervix was full does this mean that I have cancer? And right now everything that I eat and drink comes straight through me. This has been going own several weeks and this is the reason for the scan.
