What Do This Test Result Of CT Scan Of Intestine Indicate?

After going in with severe pain that was thought to be my apendix, a CT scan several years ago showed a spot in my intestine in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen. It was never given an actual diagnosis, and the pain went away within 4-5 days. A few times a year, the pain flares up again for a few days to a week. When I am not in an episode, the same area receives sharp pains when I sneeze, but the pain only lasts for a few seconds. Could this be a hernia that occasionally gets stuck ?
