What Do This Test Result Of MRI For Chest And Shoulder Pain Indicate?

Dear Sir, my mother is suffering from right chest pain and pain around right shoulder. The doctor after x-ray advised MRI scan, we got it done and MRI report is as under:* Cervical Spondylotic changes* Mild compression of Thecal Sac, mild naarowing of both neural foramina (R L) along with compression of right C6 existing nerve root at C5-6 due to posterior osteophytic ridges and posteriorly protruding disc.* Mild compressin of Thecal Sac and mild narrowing of both neural foramina at C6-7 due to posterior osteophytic ridges and diffuse circumferential bulding of disc.May I know your opinion on the same, how much serious this diseases is? What is the remedy? What precaution we should take? Is that can be cured with exercises etc.Waiting for your reply.With regards,Manoj
