What Do This Test Result Of MRI For Knee Indicate?

Hi my daughter is 14 and about 2 years ago she pulled ligaments in her knee and since then she has had 2 or 3 occasions she has moved wrong way and hurt the knee and she has had MRI said ok a bit of fluid they gave her physio and said it was her hips they where a bit weak and it was putting pressure on the knee now 3 days ago she jumped down 3 steps on the stairs at home when she landed got pain in her knee went and sat down and when she bent it heard a sound like someone cracking a knuckle now she has pain and can t sleep
