What Do This Test Result Of Muscle Biopsy Indicate?

I just received the results from my muscle biopsy and waiting for an appointment with my neurologist. Here is some of what the report shows:Diagnoses: Mid neuropathic process with focal denervation.H&E stained sections show mild fiber size variation, with rare nuclear bag fibers and rare small angular fibers.
