What Do This Test Result Of Urine Analysis Indicate?

hi.. the color of my urine is yellow.. reaction is 7.0.. transparency is slightly hazy.. specific gravity is 1.015. on chemical side the albumin is trace..sugar is negative..on my microscopic examination my PUS CELLS 15-18/hpf..rbc 5-8/hpf.. epithelial cell is few.. mucous threads is moderate.. bacteria is few..pus in clumps is few.
