What Do This Transvaginal Ultrasound Test Indicate?

I had a tvu done today for postmenopausal bleeding. It indicated that there was endometrial hyperplasia at 11.5 millimeters in thickness. I then had an endometrial biopsy done, which will be read and the results will be available in 3 to 10 days. After that, I will have a D and C. I m a bit worried that it will turn out to be endometrial cancer.
