What Do This Widal Test Result Indicate?

Please advice on the below. Please suggest any specific precautions to be taken my Widal Test Report for Male Age 25 is :- Salmonella typhi O (TO),Non Reactive Salmonella typhi H (TH),Non Reactive,Salmonella paratyphi A, H (AH) Reactive 1:80,Salmonella paratyphi B, H (BH),Non Reactive,i am having severe fever (104c) and may be it has become chronic, its fourth time i got infected.
