What Do Thrombocytopenia And Mild Hepato Splenomegaly Mean?

Hi Dr I m 36yearse old my CBC analysis is TBIL 23.1and ALP 43 and RBC 7.76 HGB 156 , MCV 63.4 ,MCH 20.1 ,MCHC 317 and PLT134. When return to my doctor told me I m suffer from thrombocytopenia and advise me to make ultrasound that result there is mild hepato-splenomegaly plz tell me what s this disease I m too much fear not sleep and if this disorder related to hepatitis or no and what advise to me about foods and I m not smokers my weight 72 kg and tall180thanks for your times forgive me
