What Do Tingling And Numbness In The Tip Of Nose Suggest?

The past week I've been getting tingling and numbness in the tip and left side of my nose. I also get the same sensations on small areas of my scalp, and I don't know if it has anything to do with it but earlier the skin around my hip felt like it was aflame
