What Do Tiny Skin Tags On Each Side Of Vulva Suggest?

Hi,
I think I've got Vestibular papillomatosis in my Vulva area. They look like tiny skin tags in a line the same colour as my skin there on each side. They Look exactly the same as the photos of it online.

I was just wondering if I do have that. How will I be able to get rid of them, they look horrible and I wouldn't want a partner thinking I have hpv.
