What Do Tiny Worms In Urine Post Mesh Sling Surgery Suggest?

I have had recently been to my Dr & my white blood count was high. are you ab le to the cells by the naked eye? Cause I was seeing wh tiny worm in urine with horrible urine smell . I had a second mesh sling surgeryfor my bladder, could this be pieces of the mesh???
