What Do Vomiting, Diarrhea And Vaginal Bleeding While On Birth Control Suggest?

Hello, 2 days ago I became suddenly sick, I was throwing up and had diarrhea with stomach pains, and it continued until today when I started bleeding out of my vagina, I know it cant be my period because im birth control where i only bleed every three months. what can this be? is this a miscarriage??
