What Do White, Hard Bumps In Clusters Under The Skin Of Face And Feet Suggest?

I have little white hard bumps in clusters under the skin on my face and sometimes my feet itch and these little bumps underskin and hard appear on my feet. My face does not itch and these bumps are there all the time. I can use a pin in one and a hard white lump will come out???
