What Do White Spots In Stool Indicate?

Hi, i have white spots in my stool when i'm both constipated or not. this is new for me, this has been going on for about three weeks now. I do have severe abdominal pain that comes and goes. The pain has gotten so bad that it will make me faint, or pass out. I am a person who can take pain very well. So this should give you an idea how pain is. Also, to add I've been feeling very fatigued.
