What Do “suspicious Infiltrates In Both Apices” And The Recommendation For A “lordotic View” Mean In My Chest X-ray Report?

What does these mean? There are suspicious infiltrates in the both apices. The rest of the lungs are clear. The hila and pulmonary vessels are within normal limits. The heart is normal in size and configuration. Mediastinum and diaphragm are normal. The visualized bones are unremarkable. The soft tissues do not appear unusual. REMARK: Lordotic view is suggested.
