What Does the following Ultrasound Test Result Mean?

Hi, I am a 25yrs old female. I have been referred to a specialist Gynaecologist following on from an ultrasound I had yesterday which indicated the endometrial cavity is distended with particulate fluid - possibly blood I also have 2 simple follicles on my left ovary. What does this mean? I have had nausea and severe pain and have been told the waiting list could be a few months and am worried. Thanks
