What does 1 cm t1 hypointense, t2 mildly heterogeneously hypointense bjone lesion at the base of the third metatarsal with a small area of a heterogeneous marrow signal adjacent along the distal aspect. The lateral surface may extend through the cortex. Also bone lesion at the base of the third metatarsal, favor a ganglion cyst with a possible cortical breech.
