What Does 12.4 Levels Of WCC In Blood Indicate?

Hi I am 65 years old and just had a blood test which showed a reading of 12.4 WCC, I have also had previous tests in 2012 which showed 12.8 all other results appear fine with one exception that my cholesterol had a reading of 8.1 my previous results were 4.8.
